Akwapulsion has set aside 2 mornings a week for a unique way to work out your thighs, glutes and abs set against a beautiful natural landscape!
The Mirage Drive stepper, which propels Akwapulsion's boats will allow you to strengthen your abs and glutes using water as resistance, and hence lessening the trauma on the joints.
You'll return from a stroll along the coastline in pristine waters, with a tan to boot!
Group levels will be created over the sessions to keep up the rhythm.
